The Company Irmãos Carvalho Coleccionismo, Lda., with VAT number 508775124, informs that all products, prices and images displayed on the website, as well as their descriptions, are valid, barring typographical errors. We reserve the right to change or even withdraw them without prior notice, and we cannot be held liable for such an action.
All products will be supplied while stocks last.
In the event of lost orders, Os Irmãos Carvalho Colecionismo only accepts liability for orders sent with declared value. This must be requested by the buyer, and there are additional costs for this option which shall be borne entirely by the buyer; otherwise, liability will be attributed to the customer.
Returns are accepted without the need to state a reason within 14 days of the day of receipt/physical possession of the goods subject to the purchase and sale contract by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, with the costs inherent to the return of the product(s) in question being borne by the buyer. For this purpose, we make available bespoke form, which we kindly ask to be completed and signed.
